Certification
It is a legal requirement for all makers of children's toys and children's products to conform to safety requirements and carry the CE mark. Please note, our yarns simply meet the EN71-3 standard, it is the products which you make which require the CE mark – so you’ll need to complete the rest of the process.
We recently put our yarns through the EN71-3 testing process and are pleased to be able to offer these PDF certificates free of charge. Within a yarn range, each product is made from the same material, uses the same dyeing process, same chemicals and is produced in the same factory, therefore all shades will meet the same standards.

Don’t forget to check all elements of your product, such as safety eyes, stuffing etc. You must take all reasonable steps to ensure that the materials you have used meet safety requirements.
